Hello All,A synastry question here: What's up when someone's Venus falls in your 12th House, or vice versa? I've searched around the web, and a couple of books. All I can gather is that it's either unrequited love, a clandestine affair, or a deeply spiritual kind of love/connection. Does anyone have any personal experience, and if so, what was it like for you? Also, does anyone have a definition of what they mean by a "spiritual" connection/love? Sorry to admit, but Ive experienced this also.. (my venus in his 12th) Grrrr.... This one.. OMG I felt soooooooo deeply for... But no matter what I would never admit it to him... Even if he asked me, my answer would be NOPE!! deny deny deny!!
I was deeply afraid of rejection,so much that it was unbearable...
I felt it was best to just hide my feelings, and just let it all go.. IP: Logged |

hmm.. i've had someone's venus in my 12th. i'm scorpio rising and she had a libra venus. maybe it was on the secretive side. but i'm like that anyway so i can't be so sure. IP: Logged |

For me it was an unrequited love. The person whose Venus fell in my 12th totally fed into it and led me on. It wasn't until years later that I realized they kept me hanging on just for their ego.I'm pretty bitter about it actually, but don't care at the same time... if that makes any sense. IP: Logged |

Sure, that makes sense. You'd feel that impression of being used in some way, but at the same time, understanding what had happened, so maybe the full sting isn't there any longer. I'm guessing here... So you were in contact with that person, and they manipulating your feelings. Any Neptune involved with all that? In your synastry? Anything like that? Just curious... Did you feel it in a spiritual sense? If so, what did that *feel* like? Why did you feel the need to be secretive? Did the libra venus person usually have secretive relationships too? Or was that new for them.spiritual, no. need to be secretive? no idea, i just don't talk about relationships often. i didn't intentionally do it nor did i ever try to hide anything. it just felt more "hidden" eventually even though it was not. people knew. i guess it's also like holing up where it seems like you're the only two people. did she have secretive relationships prior. yes. is that a libra venus thing? but again people and even i knew about her prior relationships. lotsa scorpio dominant peeps in my year of birth ehehe! To me,H12 is most private place,I don't want other people's planets there. I don't react well. Most of my bad synastry can be summarised by a planet in my H12( recent discovery,I usually put blame on sth else-Cancer placements,for example  )IP: Logged |

IDK... It took me a year myself to figure out I had the feelings, even though I knew I did.. Make sense??? I was really afraid of being rejected... It consumed me.

In a natal, spiritual love could be a monk, nun, or similar. In synastry, it could be a true platonic relationship or someone you meet in a spiritual setting. (Think Richard from the ashram in Eat, Pray, Love.)IP: Logged |

someone i've gone on and on about previously has their venus in that place in my chart.. i really just let go of any notion regarding that and venus things with them, it's fudging pointless but i just enjoy it for a little light romance and fun and nothing else..it's very weird.. when we met, thought for sure that they were great, then they'd resort to playing games and whatever.. i was really into them.. then i started piecing some of the stuff together and i think that they're in a relationship, already as is. i'd let it go, then they'd go out and find me and even if we both went separate ways, we'd somehow find each other again and end up chatting even online without knowing who the other person was only to then figure it out after some time after a pretty nice flowing conversation. we met again... it's now down to it being about role-play and i've played along.. but i haven't heard anything from this 'dominant' person and even if i play along and answer just about anything they'd like, when it turns into a normal conversation now where i ask something about them, the whole thing stops, they stop talking and go away and whatever... i guess usually people follow em or something but i've done that for a bit and now, i can't be bothered... if we talk, cool... if we don't, then that's cool, too. live and let live is what it is about, kinda and oh, by the way, as of yet, this last time that we've reconnected, pictures haven't been exchanged or anything is that venus in the twelfth enough for u? it could be them, it could not.
i don't care, honestly, lol. it's old
boring not really fulfilling anything so i take it to be a past-time thing when i have not much else to do. one person that i had my venus in their twelfth, i remember being really into them and loving their style.. i blogged about them for a while til i found out that said person had more or less gotten in touch with someone that i had broken up with before them, and brought up my reason for breaking up with that other person.. needless to say, i had no idea why in the hell they would need to be in touch anyway so i sent em to he*l. never spoke to them again, after that. our first date was pretty interesting.. happened on halloween and we had a nice time. something about em didn't feel all the way right, though so i never put so many of my eggs in that basket. someone i met last night knew about astrology and they had a leo rising so i took it my venus fell in their twelfth.. the person was an aries sun (my twelfth) so right away, i backed off slowly after having felt her boob (because she asked me to; they weren't real); anyway, she was chatting up someone i was with and i was not so much into it because the person i was with is hot.. she kinda was too.. i dunno, i don't wanna get into all of the sex but i will say that with my venus in her twelfth, i'd say she wasn't aware of the fact that i was into the person she was flirting around with. i'll leave it at that because details can get very lengthy. I had that with someone... and what it said from a report i bought online was that what he likes about you is hidden to you. that you dont know what he likes in you. Yes, there was sort of a spiritural bond, but i dont know if this was his neptune on my 8H or the venus in 12. In any case,the placement makes you suspicious.
