Well, without the degrees I can say much about their synastry. But their 5th, 7th, and 8th house attraction patterns match very well. They are each others 'type' based on this.The 5th house (Romantic Sparks and admiration, being 'blown away' by someone)
The 7th house (Affection and liking, having one's soft spot touched)
The 8th house (deep emotional bonding and physical attraction, like being curious about what's going on inside someone and being magnetized by them)
The symbolism of these houses shows our ‘type’ in these different relationship areas. If the themes in our chart matches the themes of one of these houses in our partners chart we are their type in this way.
If we put planets in these houses, or aspect the rulers of these houses, in someone else's natal chart we can stimulate the above type feelings within them.
From his side...
He has Virgo on the 5th house cusp, and Jupiter and Saturn fall into his 5th house. She matches the energy pattern of his 5th house with her Capricorn Sun/Asc/Mercury/Jupiter and Moon in Sagittarius. His Leo Mercury rules his 5th house, and she also has Sun near the Asc in the 1st house.
His attraction to her Cap planets are probably increased by the fact that he has Moon in Capricorn.
He has Scorpio on the 7th house cusp and she matches this energy with her Saturn in Scorpio conjunct his Dsc. Saturn is important in her chart because it is her Asc ruler, and also rules the rest of her Capricorn stellium. She matches the energy of his Neptune in the 7th house too with her Venus and Mars in Pisces. Added to this her Sagittarius Moon (and Uranus) actually fall into his 7th house.

She has Gemini on the 5th house cusp ruled by Mercury in Capricorn. He matches this energy with his Moon in Capricorn, and natal Venus conjunct the 3rd house cusp (giving his Venus a very communicative feel).
She has Cancer on the Dsc, and all of the sign Leo in the 7th house. He has Venus in the sign Cancer (even if not in her 7th house this is still an energy match to her 7th house), and his Leo Mercury and Sun actually fall into her 7th house.
She has Virgo on the 8th house cusp and his Jupiter and Saturn (ruler of his Moon) fall into her 8th house. Mercury again rules the 8th house, matching again with his Capricorn Moon.
In her chart she has Cancer on the Dsc, and this makes the 4th house in her chart like a secondary 7th house. This is because Cancer traditionally rules the 4th house. She has Taurus on the 4th house cusp, and he matches this energy with his Taurus Asc.
He suites her taste with his Leo, Cancer, Virgo, and Capricorn planets, as well as his Taurus Asc.
It's easy to see how they match each others 5th, 7th, and 8th house attraction patterns.
