I shoulda known.

When he sat down at our computer, answering an advert off Craigslist to assist my husband with data entry -- and I saw his IMDB and Wikipedia entry. When he showed an interest in astrology, after explaining he'd encouraged his girlfriend to get out of PA work and pursue her passion of tarot. When, for the past week, we've had nothing but mind-blowing, super-charged conversations covered in 'destiny dust'. When he asked me to teach him the basics, and I saw our SUNS exactly quindecile, and I was developing entirely new methods he was eager to help me test out.

I shoulda known.

But I didn't think to finally run the composite until today.

This is more than the beginning of the proverbial beautiful friendship. Look at that VENUS on the NODAL MP. CHIRON on the MC.

Karma. Again.

Both drawn to Cayce and Atlantis, I think we're working off an Atlantean history that got a strong foothold in the '30s. Tried to make it big with something ... and didn't. I think he took it really hard. We got the sense he either died of alcohol poisoning or some kind of overdose. No proof of that -- just a sense. In any case, he's back now in order to do what he failed to accomplish then. (CLIO square NODES). Our cVENUS as a skipped step seems rather fitting then, no?

I felt a very strong desire to help him in any way I could to get out there; that there was a sense that I'd felt him fail before, and it hurt.

He's from the most successful writers room of the last decade, having written for a huge hit series, and I feel his own success is really due.

From the looks of our composite -- I feel very positive!

cCLIO rising, 0° on the ASCENDANT. Wow!
JUPITER conjunct DESTINN, 1° in 1H.
Huge 5H stellium of the SUN, MOON, KALLIOPE and VERTEX.

And, as is a big soulmate signature for me, common across many of my soul-family connexions -- KARMA conjunct DESTINN; this time, 3°, in LEO. Crossing my NNODE, and in the sign of his natal Ascendant.

Furthermore, MELPOMENE conjunct VERDANDI, 1H, exactly trine the 5H SUN-KALLIOPE!

Unbelievable!

Well, my mind is blown.

Wow, cool chart AA,

Venus is at 2 22 Sag. The number 222 means stay positive, you will soon see evidence of your manifestation.

The sabian for 3 Virgo is Two Gaurdian Angels.

Not all karma is difficult...

Thanks, KM.

Yeah, I've got a feeling that we could really be the push the other needed. I can help him get his own show, (as he'll be the last of the group to actually get his own show -- which just feels off to me) and he can help me get my work out there, and my actors going.

I think the greatest irony is how I've never liked the show he wrote for, thinking it clunky and abstruse. But NOW I know WHY it was that way to me -- and everyone else loved it. Ironic, because it's really my genre in a lot of ways.

But he's been sitting on an idea for the past several years that's the same idea I've been trying to crack the code on. Oddly enough, we both used that phrase: 'crack the code'. It FEELS like it's a damned code to crack!

Huge potential there for creative writing together. I take it the Venus points to a previous love relationship?

I have never heard of the skipped step till you posted about it. I ran a few composites to check it out and noticed I had a few. With my mother for example, Ceres is on the NN/SN MP.

Does this only work with composites? I have Karma and Sekhmet on the nodal MP in my natal.

What if the ASC/DSC squares the nodes?

Not only Venus exactly square the Nodal axis but also Uranus exactly square the AC-DC axis. Alice and Valentine exact on the Sun/AC midpoint. Hm, what do you think this is about?

And AGAIN that isolated Chiron. That is some pattern in your synastries, wow. And this time on the MC. That is so significant. What's going on with Chiron in transits right now?
That Chiron is quintile the NN by 2°, btw. The MC is exact. I don't know how you feel about quintiles, but I personally love them. I consider them above sextiles in relevance.
I think you need only two more legs to complete a Pentagram. I see Neptune-NN-MC exact here. 8LIB and 26CAN, anything there?

Klio and Karma on AC, well. Pretty suggestive of a creative, and so oddly specific work connection.

It was one that got left on the cutting room floor, carm76; 0°TAU'30 in 9H. Not that I don't like the fact it's zero degree -- it's just not doing much.

The 0°30 parallel to JUPITER is nice, however. 1° parallel to DESTINN and NNODE, too.

Pretty self-explanatory!

Refreshing to see someone else working with the Muses. What's your experience with KLOTHO? LACHESIS is on the 10H side of the MC, 3°. Another to get left behind, though we might end up developing a series idea of the same name eventually. Who can say?

In everything, actually.

Most commonly, it's noted in a natal which is then activated in synastry when someone's point conjoins it. I've recently explored the practise with composites as a means of seeing if it'll transfer over, so to speak. So far, so good.

I feel that cVENUS as a skipped step points to a former creative relationship, honestly. I have the strongest feeling we've been colleagues. Though, yes, there's a great natural affection there, it's of the platonic kind. Which is a bit odd! He's quite handsome. While I'm all about 'hands off' when they're happily attached, attraction is a separate animal. That's there or it's not. And with him, from the moment we met, I felt a deep camaraderie and easy friendship. It's almost but not quite brotherly. More like the kind of relationship that can develop between those who've been in the trenches together. And, ohh, is Hollywood quite the battlefield.

CERES as a skipped step with mom? Well, how ideal!

Actually, yeah, LD, I think there is something at 8 LIB and near 24 CAN. It just can't all fit.

What IS up with me and CHIRON synastries and composites? Crazy, isn't it? And on the MC -- that seems clear to me, though. It's obviously a wound resulting from falling in the professional sphere.

Oh, ALICE-VAL is kinda a gag, but also, hopefully legitimate! As my project in development is called 'Hunting Alice', all thematic things either relating to it or to my specific karmic signatures, use the Carrollian skyrocks -- namely, ALICE (291), MADHATTER (6735) and LEWISCARROLL (6984).

Seeing ALICE-VALENTINE exact was kind of a trip here. He certainly did like my logline, and had some great advice on how to develop the pilot.
