When their is alot of inner planet aspects both ways between two people does that mean they will affect each other very strongly? like for example, moon-moon mars-venus moon-mercury sun-venus etc esp with hard aspects will they be affected by each other strongly? i have to admit that people that i have had alot of inner planet aspects with always trigger something inside of me whether bad or good, romantic interest or not its just something they do or say that just always trigger and "awaken" something inside of me esp with the hard aspects.

Yes, especially if the aspects are tight and dynamic.
