Does anyone have any real life examples of this aspect playing out as a delay in having/difficulty having/not having children?

Or does it not always manifest this way?

Hm. Not according to my research. However, if MOON is in close aspect to the MOON, I've noticed the couple may delay having children.

Could also be longer term progressions in synastry that are causing that delay effect. But a 5H cSATURN on its own doesn't seem to 'bestow' that, in my experience.

Granted, I've only reviewed about 10 charts, within the last 15 minutes, but none have that placement.
