Or if you have been hasty in your decision to end something that was causing as much grief as joy. Decisions to end relationships lead to much soul searching, particularly when both still care for each other. It never looks hard in the movies, where people walk out on each other for the flimsiest of reasons  . Was wondering if a solar return might provide answers. It's my birthday soon, so now might be a good time to take a look. I'll post it here just in case it is of help.  Well, Venus conjunct Sun in the 2nd seems to be pointing to material gains, as they say. So, all is not bad! Incidentally, LUST, which is not showing on the chart, is on my Mars/ Karma. Edit: Just saw the Progressed synastry thread - perhaps I should have asked the question there. Everyone there seems positive and happy - I really didn't want to spoilt the fun!. IP: Logged |

I've found that ASTRAEA tends to appear, rather significantly, in relationships that are 'hanging on until the very end', -- even if it would seem illogical, unlikely, or even destructive (in some cases). Not abusive, per se, just ... evaluating the 'opportunity cost' -- to use an economics term. Perhaps, your time COULD have been better utilised with another, but, for whatever purpose, you've chosen to remain in what you have.There's usually a strong ASTRAEA influence in the synastry, which can be furthered by SATURN in transits (and natal). Astro keen, I don't have much time to answer posts now, but we're waiting for you on the thread...we're happy to do astrology, that's the reason  Post your progressed charts, I'm sure Mir can tell you a lot about progressed due dates.Not speaking about progressions now, but in natal synastries/composites there are often signs of an "expiration date" (not always, sometimes) ------------------

that is iinteresting about Astraea. You made me look her up (she is conj. my Aphrodite and makes a GT with Moon and Karma. lol)In the composite she is conjunct MC exact on 16 Scorpio, opposing Priapus-Eros on the IC and exactly sextile Venus. I suppose it makes sense.
As for progressions, I suppose if no significant progressions happen anymore that is when a relationship definitely is past its selldate.
Apart from that Rod Suskin wrote on that that oftentimes progressions and transits at the end of a relationship are quite similiar to those at the beginning.
So an Uranus transit could either bring a two people together in unexpected ways, or break them up all of a sudden. Probably it depends how the status was before and in which direction it can change. I donīt think we can really predict an ending per se, but we can see the tendency of change, or when a change is needed. IP: Logged |
