She's relatively new to things. PSYCHE, in general, is 'love's longing', according to myth standards. Other views are buried traumas, the mind (psyche, literally) and the soul.
Clearly, her interpretation is all over the place. Typically, she's in relationship to EROS or another personal point -- like MOON, VENUS, etc.
Trine is always an easy (sometimes too easy) relationship, so these energies would blend very easily.
Sometimes a trine is 'absent a square' -- if you follow. You may never notice your PSYCHE trine; but a PSYCHE square might show conflict in the areas ruled by the houses, or nature of the signs, and so on.
I've noticed a special relationship to PSYCHE conjunct PSYCHE, however.
As to trine, I'd say it's likely a subtle, gentle background influence. The lack of a potential problem.
