That depends. Is it in the same sign? Do you have a tight aspect between the other Venus/Eros or Mars/Eros or Venus or Mars/Psyche? Any other planets/asteroids between Venus and Eros?

Venus sextile Saturn is a very cooperative aspect, also indicating an emotional connection between your Venus ans his Saturn. You love his Saturn and you understand it. In turns, he feels protective of your Venus. The general geometrical context of the aspect matters, of course.

Generally, sextiles are a blessing in a synastry, especially if they involve personal planets. They are associated with the number 6 - the number of Venus - and the Hexagon or the 6-pointed star - a symbolism for love and understanding.
The only downside a sextile may have is an excessive tolerance/indulgence/self indulgence, if in a negative chart.
