I know planets deposited on/near another's angle is significant, but what about the angles meeting up?

like for example: Woman's IC meeting up to a man's ASC? How would he see her?

and then his DSC on her MC, how would she see him?

curious to see if this is significant or not

I am not sure about the exact, individual interpretation of the aspects mentioned but in my experience angles/node conjunctions are incredibly attractive, binding, mesmerizing.

If I see a synastry with many angles conjunctions I am always sure that those people feel absolutely attracted to each other and if the other aspects are supportive I am sure that the 2 of them end up dating

I have this with a male friend. I actually guessed his time of birth very accurately (didn't tell him that before), because that would give him ASC that is exactly conjunct my IC. Total familiarity, i like him very, very much, yet totally platonic. But very sweet, familiar feeling, like i would have known him forever.

I don't know how much help this is, but my ex husband and I had his angles conjunct by a degree, and although we clicked instantly, the appeal wore of rather quickly. The feeling was like we were one in the same, but in actuality, we couldn't have been more different.

I am talking to a guy that has his angles within 12° Of mine, and we also have a strong pull to each other, but the chemistry is much more organic.

I think it depends on other aspects, but it does create this pull between two people

of the 4 angles the 2 outward ones are the ASC/MC and the subconscious ones are the IC/DSC. so it depends what angles are crossing each other what might occur between partners. you also need the angles extremely close for it to even matter. the MC is linked to Saturn, and being on the cusp of the 10th house it has impact on our ambitions, career drives, and the outward (social/career) image we are creating for ourselves - similar to the ASC and how it forms an outward persona. if an ASC touches the MC it generally means the ASC person will in some way influence the career of the MC, assist with aspirations, etc. it has implications for career, and the MC will use the energy of the ASC person to bring out something they lack, like the MC is using the ASC for their personal guidance. the MC is receiving the ASC energy so it would use that to its benefit. since the IC falls in the lower half of the chart it's connected more to emotionalism/family/parents. if a DSC or ASC touches the IC it is much more sensitive (because it is tied to emotions), and usually brings forth partner support and encouragement. how the IC receives that angle touching it will depend on previous relationships in someone's life; it could be something very comfortable for them, or not. so, like with everything else you have to look at the natal and experiences of the people to see how they will react to angles touching. i don't think you can easily determine how someone will see the other since it matters greatly what signs those angles fall in as well.
