I have a friend who is very attracted to my brother. Both are married to other people. I did up their synastry and composite charts and see that the sun and mars are conjunct in the eight house of both charts. Does this aspect show a lot of sexual attraction? There is a LOT of flirting at the moment

yeah, post the chart. an 8th overlay does bring forth those sexual longings and etc. but it doesn't mean it'll lead to more, or that it cannot be controlled, lol

There's ALWAYS something to be said for self-control. However, I did have this aspect in a relationship. Yes, it was sexual. Very intense.
