Saturn conj. and Saturn opp. There is always a time delay with this aspect - maybe financial /time / ex/ intimacy/ family/ work / that will delay the meeting or trials in these areas.

Another thing Pluto conj. Mercury - could be a great meeting of minds, but the Mercury person will feel helpless against the Pluto stronger mind- sometimes depression can result.

then Mercury opp. Uranus could cause mental stress between you that could result in misunderstandings over trivial things.
you can chose not to get upset when he disappears or is a bit aloof. he needs space.

Venus opp. Uranus/Saturn is tough cause it will either work out great ( if you both like space and independence in relationships ) if you need constant rapport , affection and routine this could be a test-- cause his career working too much or too much focus on the career) or yours will be a problem - money - restrictions - ie you cannot come and and see you cause he has no money / some friends could be the cause of Stress between you . You might live far from each other and only see each other on the weekends.
my friend has this with her husband and he lives in another country and works while she's with the kids in another country but they have Venus trine Pluto too.

Love the Moon conj. Neptune and opp.
that will help you understand each other and comfort each other when things get rough...great ESP , meeting in dreams too ???

any ( aspect can work) understanding the planets and working with them helps !

IMO, Moon-Neptune conjunct can be an illusion of something magical/dreamy/fated and it could turn into disappointment down the road when the newness wears off.

A Moon-Neptune trine or sextile would be dreamy and perhaps a psychic connection.

(again, just my take on it)
