Idk if Ceres can turn into anything annoying like it seems to be all around pleasant in aspect but with Vertex and Ceres on someone's SN what could that mean?

idk if orb is the same or similar to degrees, but his SN is 21 degrees Gemini, and my Vertex 23, Ceres 24 in Gemini. Is that too far?
