Hi all,

Last night my ex ended up outside my house and we spoke about our break up. I didn't hold back, after a month of not talking... It felt free and we somewhat made up. He sent me a text afterwards which said 'glad that we are talking again' - just wanted to know if the planets were in our favour or something last night? Below is our progressed composite chart (as of last night). I can see that Mercury (communication) is heavily aspected and rather favourably. This is telling?

tPLUTO is making a beautiful Earth Grand Trine with your cDSC and cMERC, (8R). The downside is it's hitting your cCHIRON squarely, (exact opposition). 3 January 2015 should prove interesting, when the tSUN-PLUTO opposes it, 0º.

Funnily enough, I have just had a quick look at our respective natal charts and seen that his natal: tPluto is opposite nChiron; and in my natal chart again: tPluto is opposite nChiron.

I have looked up what the effects of tPluto is on Chiron and found:

Pluto transits are nearly always intense. Pluto’s job is to strip away any veneer of BS and reveal the ultimate Truth that lies at the core of our lives, and this is not always a comfortable process. When Pluto in the sky makes angles to the planets in our chart we are forced to face patterns of behavior that don’t serve us – we are often confronted with issues from our past that need to be released.

Chiron is our sore spot – our wounded place. Chiron’s sign in our chart reveals something about this core wound, as does the house Chiron falls in and any planets that aspect Chiron in our chart. When a planet hits our Chiron by transit, any unhealed wounds that are ready to be processed and released are activated. This feels painful and the temptation is to run away from it and avoid those feelings, but if we can instead remain calm and present in the face of these intense feelings and allow them to make themselves known, we can facilitate real emotional healing.

Both of these made sense in the context yesterday. Just not too sure how this "new beginning" will manifest.

Does this aspect HAVE to be a bad thing? Can it be a strengthening thing for the relationship?

I am now actually wondering whether I should let this relationship go.

Is the end nigh??? I'm wondering whether the aspect you mentioned in early January could mark the end?

My reasons are linked to sad emotions that have manifested in this relationship and I think that it is funny that Chiron symbolises pain and it is/was being activated.
