What astrological reason could make two good friends through many years, suddenly just blow up their whole friendship, because of 1 argument? And destroy the whole friendship? IP: Logged |

Anything involving the aggravation of natal Uranus or a harsh aspect to another planet as a result of transiting Uranus? grrrrrr lol #HateUranus lolIP: Logged |

I've done that before.Often it's because I've suppressed past grievances. Once that one argument comes along I see it as an opportunity to get rid of someone I've long ago become unhappy with. IP: Logged |

Astrologically, I suspect Mars would be involved. Also, Mercury. Possible a Mars-Sun-Uranus triangle. Also, a progressed aspect/planet might have separated. IP: Logged |

Why do you think you suppressed those feelings of grieve? Do you think uranus makes you suppress something until it finally blows up? Like a volcano IP: Logged |

@N2N if this question is related to you, you should post a chart - Perhaps a progressed composite with transits?IP: Logged |

NTN, hi. I would be looking at transits to both your charts. I think an important factor to consider is the Uranus-Pluto cycle we're in. I think many people are under pressures and going through turbulence and upheaval in their lives, and relationships are bound to be affected. I say this particularly when we're talking about a long-standing friendship as is your case. I'd look at what if any natal planets at about 12 degrees in cardinal signs are being impacted by Uranus-Pluto by conjunction or hard aspect. Can you post the synastry? IP: Logged |

Hm well I recently lost a close friend. We never argued but we are also completely opposite people. We have Venus square Venus in our synastry. Hers in late Scorpio, mine in early pisces. I think transit Saturn just made her crack, she started becoming very insecure and closing herself off. She deleted me off facebook, unliked my photos, thought she was superior by acting cold and passive aggressive, (she's a capricorn) and this is over me not answering a single text. I always do that, but this transit is also falling on my IC, so I guess it's time to reconstruct my home. IP: Logged |

hmm don't you think it's a shame that people can just cut you off just like that? I mean, if you put a lot of energy into a friendship and then suddenly it f*** up, why?? IP: Logged |

I think neptune does that. Uranus is kinda abrupt cut off after interactions reveal an undesirable quality Neptune can breed resentment IP: Logged |

It's like giving your old stuff away. You outgrow people, places, things. The person you let go of will be doing things elsewhere, and you can invest yourself in other matters. Win-Win scenario. IP: Logged |

I'm of a different opinion about the Venus square Venus. Even though there's a square, they're both water signs, so there is an underlying commonality between them of feeling, sensitivity, and emotional rapport. At least that's how I look at it. But without seeing the charts, I wonder if it's more about the differences between her Sun in Capricorn and your Venus in Pisces. The closing off and insecurity is typical of a Saturn transit to Venus. Putting up a wall and going cold is also a common defense mechanism of Saturn, against an underlying insecurity and vulnerability. A very close and old friend of mine (20+ years) recently went through the Saturn transit opposing her Venus and it was pretty hard on her too. She and I had a disagreement, but we resolved it. It sounds like this Saturn transit to her Venus is a significant factor in the break up, and could have nothing to do with you or the synastry. IP: Logged |

Thank you for this post... I've been discussing about my man on this forum for a while... It's been rough time for both of us, well especially for me. We both just finished the Saturn return, and currently tSaturn is hitting his IC. tUranus is on my Venus/Mars conjunction in Aries (this would be also opposite his Venus/Mars midpoint in Libra) as well and I wonder if this is making me feel all wary about our fate. I suddenly feel VERY insecure and lost confidence about this (long distance) relationship and starting to consider if I should move on. I am freaking out because I never had these insecure thoughts!! >.< Damn tSaturn for transiting my 12H (JUST started) - shaking up all unconscious fears and thoughts. If I do decide to move on, yeah I guess his "home/IC" will be impacted as you said. I don't know how it will affect him though because from what he tells me he's quite happy with his new life in his new home town. I will just be suppressed in his memories and be forgotten...

To add chiron to this, my Chiron conjuncts his MC in synastry (this means opposing tSaturn right now), while his Chiron conjncts my Dsc. There are few more aspects but I think these are the major ones. IP: Logged |

I am guilty of this (also a cap sun). If you don't answer any of my text and ignore me then I am very likely to cut you off especially more so if I am attached to the person.. IP: Logged |
