In synastry we also have;
Saturn sq./opp/sext Sun/Moon/Mars (all his saturn)
My moon conj his Ant-vertex
Venus conj venus
His venus conj my MC
His Venus conj my Merc
His Pluto sq.my Mars /trine moon
My Pluto opp his Venus

But perhaps the subtleties lie in his Desc ruler Uranus (also mine) in grand trine with my Sun (Asc ruler) and my Mars.

Additionally the ruler of both our 4th houses (Libra) is conjunct ie. Venus conj Venus which is also on my MC
