Im new to the draconic synastry with the tropical chart but Saturn always seems to bring something important to the table idk how in this case. Is it a positive spiritual connection or something karmic that brings a whole lot of work or both lol

I would say it could be both, depending. I don't work much with draconic charts; I find the natals, synastry, composite, and Davison are usually more than enough to keep me busy. I also think Spirit, while fun/nice, is a pretty minor influence in the grand scheme of things. YMMV.
