I have a pull toward a male.
It appears my sun Mars n venus in scorpio conjuct his north node
My moon conjucts his south node
And his moon in gemini conjuct my south node.
Can someone help me undertand this or interpret. Does it mean we are past lovers and to be in the future. thank you

Not sure about being lovers in the past because Moon on the South Node tends to show a possible family tie, or at least being a prominent female to the other. And because you both have this with each other and you're drawn to them it could very well be someone from a past life. Emotionally everything should feel comfortable, familiar, you can open up and understand each other very well. But with all SN connections one or both may feel like they outgrow the other or things go stale. Since there is a NN connection it should last it may not fall apart. Sun conjunct Sun tends to validate who the Sun person is bringing them confidence, Venus shows someone who really appreciates and shows you what you're worth and good luck socially and sometimes financially (the Venus person tends to fall in love), and Mars brings drive, being more assertive, or wanting to be more active or not being afraid to go after things, and with NN can make the Mars feel like the can open up sexually to the NN person.

they would feel a pull but also fear or awkwardness because depending where they are in developing their NN qualities. Most times people would even feel fear/insecure with the attraction

If the NNODE=VENUS/MARS MP, that could indicate a desire on behalf of VENUS/MARS to be lovers with the NNODE.

SNODE conjunct MOON tends to be an outstanding emotional debt from the SNODE to the MOON.
