I'm somewhat new to astrology and would love if someone could help me make sense of what is going on with a man I work with.

He and I have known each other since 2009. We always worked great together. He understands me and I also understand him. We had the perfect working relationship. We've had some disagreements, but nothing catastrophic. Cut to 2011, something personal dragged me away from him and I had to leave the place of employment where we met. It was very sudden and there were no goodbyes. At the time, I could say I had a crush on him, but I mostly respected him.

Years later at the end of 2013, I was ready to leave my then job and decided to reach out to my previous network. I emailed him to ask if he knew anyone was hiring. Long story short, he wanted me to work for him because he recently started a new business shortly after we last saw each other.

I began working for him in early 2014. From the very beginning he gushed over how happy he was to have me back. I worked with him for a couple of months and then began to work with his other associates. I began to have a small crush on him, but recently (since Aug. 2014), it has turned into an obsession and a yearning I have n ever felt in my life. I can honestly say I am in love with him. I don't know if transits in the sky triggered it, but hell this is an incredible feeling.

The way he reacts to me is very sweet. He has called me ,"My dear," a few times. He has given me three raises and I have only worked there for one year. During our Christmas party, he gave me a lot of attention. He has taken me out for lunch on my birthday. Recently, when I asked for his help on something work-related, I thought I heard him say, "Ok, love," behind my back.

I believe the attraction is mutual, but we are being careful because this is our workplace. It's almost like playing chicken to see who will admit who loves who first. Or am I being delusional? haha

Please help me understand this attraction because it is something I day dream about almost every day.

I have a theory that his ascendant is in Taurus. He is stubborn and has thick shoulders. He was a chef before he changed careers. He can be a little lazy about some things. I believe I was born with the ability to be intuitive and have been allowing myself to see and feel the hidden within the last few years, especially during my first Saturn phase. At least, I feel like he was possibly born in the afternoon. I know that sounds crazy to some people, but it's me. haha My ascendant is in Taurus.

I know time of birth if important, but it's strange for me to ask him without getting confused or making him feel creeped out. lol The houses I know are not accurate. My time of birth is exact.

I think the feeling is mutual and, yes, the fact that he is my boss complicates things a hell of a lot. I don't play Russian roulette with my career. I would never have a meaningless fling, even with a co-worker.

I just cannot deny my feelings and have to be honest with myself. It is driving me crazy. lol

If there is a chance we could actually be a couple without ruining our business relationship, I'm there. If not, I will suffer in silence. C'est la vie.

Like ...

If you are showing signs of being tired, yawning in the morning etc say you think it's because you were born at night or vice versa if hyper. Basically draw on some behaviour already there to lead into a theory that people are most alert or prefer the tob. Ask what time he was born then following straight from that.

I feel like in a sense that this is not a normal attraction. It is taking my breath away. I never felt like this before in my life.
