I understand about the classic 5,7,8 romantic houses

I wonder about the significance about the house of the ascendant, for example the ascendant is in sagittarius, sagittarius is the 9th house, so what if the other person has their sun in his 9th house, would it be more meaningfull other than the standard interpetation of 9th house overlays...
