Apparently this break up is for good and it's because he does not want to marry her (after 7 years). He says that it is because he still has a lot to achieve career wise, but after being with her (on and off) for such a long time... I am quite surprised that he is trying to put this off.

Do aspects in their synastry or composite chart point to his aversion to marriage?
