My ex has been married to a woman for nine years now. He seems to be happy, even though they have very challenging aspects in synastry (no TOB for her):

Saturn square Sun
Saturn square Venus DW
Saturn parallel Venus
Saturn square Pluto DW
Uranus opposed Moon DW
Mars square Moon
Mars square Mars

Sun-Moon in Aries but not conjunct. His Jupiter trines her Sun-Venus. Her Moon, Mars and Jupiter are in his 12H. Her Venus is conjunct his SN (2) and her Pluto is conjunct his NN (1), so this is a very karmic relationship. He's one of the most evolved people I've ever met. She's an unknown quotient. He recently told me they're into polyamory. She's had a partner outside the marriage for the last year and a half. He currently doesn't. He says it's working. I hope he's right, but I don't know. Also, he's got a Saturn transit squaring his Venus-Pluto conjunction coming up soon. Is it really polyamory, where the relationship is growing larger to include more people, or are they starting to come apart. Any thoughts?

Here's the synastry chart. Note: He's inside. No TOB for her. Her moon is between 4 and 14 degrees Aquarius.

In the composite I see a sqaure box that involves the moon, mars, venus and pluto this relation appears it should be intense.

I also see in the synastry a moon close to an ascendant. I read a astrology book that said that it is a good aspect showing that woman will be his wife.

Very good charts for a long-term relationship, IMO. Her Saturn/Vesta is connected to his Venus, Uranus, I don't know why it doesn't show here. Saturn hard aspects to luminaries, Venus and Mars are very very common in long-term couples, synastries and comps.

LeeLoo, the aspect lines re hard aspects of Saturn to Venus and the Sun in the composite aren't drawn either. I don't know why.

The woman's TOB is unknown so hard aspects to her Moon in the composite are iffy.
