What has been your experience with meeting someone new under Merc Rx or starting a relationship under Merc Rx?Do you find that it doesn't take off? or do you find there are setbacks or interruptions but then relationship resumes? IP: Logged |

I can only think of past friendships and they never worked out in the end. We end up becoming friends fast and then fading away. IP: Logged |

Reconnected with a male friend from 10+yrs ago sometime in Jan of 2013. By March 9th 2013 we made it official..Mercury was Rx..we broke up by April 14, 2013..So..the lesson here folks is even if you met them BEFORE the Rx don't start anything significant with them until AFTER it's over. damn if only i knew haha.met someone knew during this merc rx. it was like he came into my life like a shooting star and it was over in a flash. a brief sudden amazingly passionate and adventurous encounter and then boom it was over. not helped by the fact that we live in different countries  IP: Logged |

Yes I met the guy I fell for during Mercury retro last October.
We've been good friends online for 4 years, during a Mercury retro is when he wanted to meet up.
So we did and we really liked each other. Our feelings turned romantic but we didn't act on them. I fell harder and harder for him, but he ended up ditching me and leaving me cold. Now I have cut all contact with him during this year's Mercury retro, 4 months after we met. He drifted out of my life as abruptly as he came in. Yeah it didn't end well. :/ I miss him a lot. But I can't remain friends with anyone who plays with my emotions like that. So I cut him off.

I know those feelings. I became friends who one girl really quickly and within 6 months of our friendship she suddenly cut me off but of false nay-say and then three month later comes back to apologize but the friendship was never the same after that.

What about breakups during Merc rx? Do they last, or do they get back together?

I became FB official with now husband the day Mercury was going direct. So it was either stationary direct or direct.Funny thing two of our friends at the time got together during a retrograde. I like them both as people but I was thinking ut-oh at the timing. My husband was like we aren't going to get as many FB likes as they did. I thought it was funny and cute that he thought that mattered.
My ring was delivered during Mercury rx. Husband was out of state. Stupid Fed Ex always came to the apartment during the day when I was working, and I had to sign for it on his behalf. Well then I had to go to Fed Ex my self in a snowstorm to pick it up. I was so ****** and freaked out. I told my husband to never do that to me again. So when he told me that the package was actually my ring after he proposed I had to run around. LOL I also really like my ring! I of course made sure to not book my wedding during a Mercury retrograde. A few weeks after the retrograde possibly in the shadow period. IP: Logged |

Some people will get engaged during Mercury Rx, but Married when its direct. Any thoughts on that? I knew a girl who got engaged during Mercury rx. They are together to this day, their life looks pretty perfect on FB. My friend also got engaged during the retrograde but married when it went direct. IP: Logged |
