How can anybody tolerate this?? I'll meet someone it could be a buddy or romantic interest and I'LL KNOW when their Saturn squares any of my personal planets as i can eel a superiority issue present. They thtink they are superior o me. Maybe because i have leo sun and moon that i'm particualr sensitive to it but i will not totlerate this, lol. I see this is common in marriage so i really don't know how it can last

It can last because saturn brings with it responsibility and squares initiate work. I don't see squares necessarily a bad thing. Relationships need work to survive afterall

I had this with my x husband and I have it now with the man I'm dating. My x was a Leo and this guy is an Aqua. Funnily their Suns are exact opposites but I digress.

with my x this brought me lots of stability and allowed me to grow up. It was really very good for me.

With my current guy it's slightly more problematic as interestingly he has more ego issues than my Leo x!

But I'm highly Sag and I'm the Saturn so it's rare that I'm
The one to stifle anyone and I by far have no superiority complex. I just don't come across like that. If anything I appreciate so much all the things my guy can do better than me.

Me?

The squares where I'm Saturn square their suns has a 1.5 orb. Their suns are opposite each others with a 0.06 orb. Weird!

I just looked and with my current guy it's a DW with my sun and his Saturn as well, although the orb there is 8.

Oh, also my current guy has a Leo moon.

We are still close to this day, seven years after the divorce. I have lots of Aries and Leo energy too so dislike being patronized, and am sure we wouldn't have lasted if he'd ever tried something like that with me.

Exactly! My x and I were def equals and I was much prouder of his accomplishments than he was.

LucieLemonade and Vajra, you both bring up an important points about Saturn in synastry. Saturn contacts also manifest as admiration and respect for the other person. Saturn can be a person looked up to or a parental figure. Saturn is the teacher. Age differences. Also, longevity, even when the romantic relationship is over, showing the binding quality of Saturn.

The strength of the synastry and composite overall are key.

But, it's also true when Saturn is operating in a negative way, it's hard. As Blind Writer said "Saturn is a relentless teacher."

I've had Saturn squares to personal planets with all my relationships that have lasted, and every man I've loved. It's a good thing, IMO.
