I really really can't stand this person.
It's a coworker that I used to work on the same shift, but now they work the shift after me. (I'm on day shift)
I see them as lazy. They complain every day about things and wanting everything to be absolutely perfect and to their exact standards. No one else likes them either.
It's as if nothing is ever good enough and yet, they don't know how to do anything technical even though they have been there literally, 41 years and SHOULD know.
They want to stay on 2nd shift because they want to stay away from the "higher ups" who would make them work. I know from working with them that they take extra long breaks and lunches. I don't really care that much, but they like double their lunch time and it burdens others.
But it's their bi**hing that really bothers me. It's just.. the way they do it. They are direct, but it's like they are constantly hiding something. They tell you, but with this silly little grin like they are hiding something.
I just feel like, "Look, troll, if you're going to tell me something then just ******* say it!"
They seem sneaky somehow. I know they do a LOT more talking behind people's backs than to them, because I worked with them.
I just don't like them. If they want to b***h and moan, DO IT. Lets have a heart to heart, lets yell at each other if we have to. Get it out. Take it to management if needed, but quit with this stupid @ss nitpicking crap.
I actually grow irritable the closer the time gets to them coming in to work. Even if they try to be nice to me, it actually irritates me. I don't want anything to do with them, period.
I hate them...

Are you outside or inside? Either way that Saturn in the first house doesn't make things too comfy. Uranus almost conjunct the MC would be seen as unstable. If he's outside Neptune in the 6th house could contribute to wanting to not do hard work.That's all I've got lol IP: Logged |

Easy. Mars square Saturn  The description you wrote fits Scorpio Mars. Are the people who don't like him either the same age as you (Saturn placement) ? You find Mars' energy very irritating, sometimes immature, and whatever they do makes you angry. I have this too with someone. Google it  Oh, and Mars conjunct Uranus makes it worse in my opinion. Before going into the synastry, it sounds like the person has a number of character flaws that make them unlikeable and unpleasant to be around. The Mercury square Saturn-Neptune describes the sneaky, manipulative manner of communicating and what I call the "negaholic" personality, for whom the glass is always half empty. The Moon-Jupiter conjunction in Aries likes comfort and ease and is perhaps childlike and immature. Their antics that irritate you so much may be due to their lack of maturity, even though they're obviously not a young person. As for the synastry, your 1H is aspected by a number of their planets: their Saturn-Neptune conjunction is in your 1H, their Uranus squares and Jupiter opposes your 1H Pluto. Uranus-Pluto in hard aspect is pretty volatile. Their Saturn-Neptune is afflicted and you're very aware of it being in your 1H. Your Saturn is also touched by their Mars square and their Sun opposition. So you tend to see their flaws and be critical of them. You have three planets in Virgo so you tend to be critical, perfectionist, and picky. You're probably not going to like me for saying this but what may be occurring to some extent is you're seeing your Virgo shadow, Virgo being the sign on the 12H cusp. Here's why, you said: "They complain every day about things and wanting everything to be absolutely perfect and to their exact standards." Your Saturn square their Mars has been mentioned. Saturn tends to see Mars as immature, and to be critical of what Mars does or the way Mars does it. Your Saturn in hard aspect to their Sun is similar with Saturn being like a stern parent and the Sun being the child. But, your Uranus also conjuncts their Mars, which is a highly explosive combination. No wonder you react so violently to them. Yes! It's like the shadow side of Virgo. My Virgo doesn't do that for the most part. Not in the sense that most people think of it. I've had people apologize for not having something done and I just respond, "Oh don't worry about it. That's ok. I'll take care of it." and it really isn't a big deal. I'm pretty laid back. I only get grumpy if it's a lot of things and happens regularly.
My Virgo comes out in insane analyzing. LOL I am always thinking! Observing, picking up things. Asking why, and coming up with ideas. Things of that nature. It makes sense that the shadow side of it would bother me.
But yeah, something about them just makes my skin crawl and you're right. It seems so petty and immature to me. Definitely a "negaholic". Most feel the same way I do, but not nearly as strongly.
They all hate a similarly aged, Sag with Leo moon. (conjunct my sun) They bug me, but not nearly as much. If I get even a little grumpy back at them then they back off. Mostly I just let them complain and then move on but if they are really getting on my nerves I'll "bark" a little and they relax.

But everyone else seems to be focused on them. My dislike is more on the Aqua/Aries person.
