composite karma is in libra 6 degree and one person's juno is libra 6 degree is there any significance here?

Absolutely. The superpositions of the natal planets/asteroids on composite placements are very significant. Typically, the relationship "activates" that person a lot, it's a point of involvement for them. On the other side, they can also have a strong impact on the relationship in that point, with their planet/asteroid. Usually these superpositions are very strong, and a bit prone to two extremes: co-dependency or empowerment. The relationship could also touch a sore spot so to speak and trigger rejection. Overall, those conjunctions show points where the natal reacts very strongly to the relationship, for good or not so good.
