the energy flows both ways with a dw, basically, and is of more importance when it is personal planet to personal planet, like sun-moon, moon-venus, or the moon-mars you have.

in the short list you provided you could eliminate the outer planets - jupiter and neptune especially, because you'd have that with most other guys too, provided they are around your age. there is nothing too special about contacts to outer planets unless each contact is at a very small degree each way, around 2-3. the inconjunct is a minor aspect, usually not even worth looking at unless it occurs (also) at a low degree.

I don't count inconjuncts or semisextiles for DW purposes. In order of power, major aspects are conjunction, opposition, trine, square, sextile. So, you have 4.

Here's a link with synastry aspect interpretations:

I agree with the description of DW, but I wouldn't eliminate aspects to generational planets, since DWs are not generational. If you have Venus conj Pluto in your natal, yes, you will have a single aspect of Venus conj Pluto with everyone around your age, but you need someone with a Venus/Pluto aspect themselves in order to have a DW (in this example, with Pluto). This kind of mirror, shared aspect, is very important in the anatomy of a synastry: it shows you both share a similar Venus/Pluto theme in your natal chart and obviously, you also have a DW. DW's backed by similar or complementary aspects are perhaps the strongest ones.
