Karmically, it isn't. Arabic Parts are like gels we apply to lights. Back in the days before digital photography, we had to physically apply a piece of coloured plastic to the light source to change the colour of the light. Green was most common, along with blue (to create moonlight) or orange (for magic hour, late afternoon). Now imagine that the gel is designed to only be viewable by your eyes -- as if it's on a single frequency spectrum tailored to your visual cortex. When the two of you start talking about becoming (or being) involved, or, if you are married, talking about your marriage, it's as if suddenly the set designer has cued everything to switch to blue.

Suddenly, everything you see is bathed in blue light. Jarring. Daunting. Your partner sees no change, so this can be a bit awkward. No matter how many times you shout, 'don't you SEE that?' the answer will still be the same. No. Only you do.

But what do you SEE?

In our lives, there are moments during which everything can slow to a still; as if the world is filled with a gentle hum, vibrating at a level below human hearing. In these rare moments, we're aware of things much larger than we are, and how small yet beautiful human life truly is.

For many, this is the experience when something passes through that filtre -- the Part of Karma; the way it tinges everything in a whole new shade.

When discussing your relationship, issues of equality in relating, loyalty, jealousy, and commitment, you may find everything stills, and the gentle hum permeates your unconscious. You may suddenly have that feeling of deja vu, of -- wait, I've been here before.

Why would someone's JUNO conjunct our Part of Karma? Many reasons. Most likely, there's an imbalance of which the individual is aware on a karmic level. One of you may owe the other a debt in relation to commitment. One might've been abandoned, or even abused by the other -- as JUNO is what we consider fair and just in our committed partnerships, and abuse violates those basic rights.

As to know how it's affecting him, I'm sorry, but this won't tell you. It's your filtre; your gel; your interpretation and 'karmic lens'. He has his own, however, and should you find something of yours activating it, you very well might find 'the other side' of the story.
