I agree but have a different slant, per my own experience and what the research has yielded. It's a hot topic, 'who feels it more?' but is ultimately born of insecurity. The truth is, with EROS, the one whose point is making aspects to another's chart is eroticising that point. So EROS is eroticising the drive of MARS. It's sexualising the energy between the two. This puts a bit of a burden on ol' EROS, to bring the bang-bang.
MARS, on the other hand, is providing the drive which EROS is sexualising, (for lack of better). It can also be a powerful creative force, using sex to transcend as in the case of tantra, but that's not its BASE expression.
Truthfully, MARS is its base expression. It can already provide a sexual punch, given the right elements and features. So, as Lee was saying, it tends to be a sexual combo.
But your question is, 'who feels it more?' The better question is what is it you're asking is felt? You're both feeling, but differently. 'More' is a relative term.
When you want a quick checkup, imagine the feeling when tEROS hits your personal points. Especially nMARS. Ever keep a transit journal of your favourite points? Ohhh, it's tough to ignore your Eros Return!
But think about tEROS on your nMARS for a minute. When your base drive gets a shot of eroticism and creative lust. You're probably not just more focussed on sexual activity, but having actual sex. So we could hypothesise that sexual relationships are more likely to have some aspect between one's MARS and the other's EROS.
At the end of the day, does it even matter who's EROS, who's eroticising, and who's MARS, who's supplying the drive? The physical act of sex can come of this energetic combination.
And that's pretty cool.
