Hi,i met a guy the other day(online) and we connected really fast. We've been talking for a couple of hours now(nearly 12 hours in 2 days) and i was wondering what could contribute to this and if we had a connection. If so what type of soul connection is it.

Tropical synastry chart :

Dual VENUS conjunct SATURN. Oh, wow. This won't be easy. Not to mention his SATURN conjunct your NNODE. This will be filled with some tough lessons. It's also something of a 'Chiron relationship', given his ALMA on your CHIRON. This will help you to explore that wound more deeply.

You can both grow if you're able to stick with it. What is the nature of this connexion? Are you friends? Did you meet through work?

Huh, where's your VERTEX? I don't see it here.

Also, is his birthtime correct?

And you're especially drawn to him because of his dSUN conjunct your dISIS/dOSIRIS=dMOON.

The dSUN conjunct dSATURN also furthers the Saturnine undertone dominating these dynamics.

I met him online.A couple of days ago actually. And yes we are friends

He says he feels comfortable sharing with me,and i feel the same way too(albiet a bit cautious given the fact that i met him online).

And yes his birth time is correct.

My vertex is at 6 degrees 22' Aries.
His vertex is at 29 degrees 41' Capricorn

My draconic vertex is at 20 degrees48' Taurus
His draconic vertex is at 8 degrees7' Taurus

What i'm worried about is his natal nessus at 3 degrees 41' scorpio square my dejanira at 6 degrees 10' Aquarius.

And also his draconic Nessus/Karma/Psyche conjunct my natal descendant/Isis (orb 1-2).

That would explain why i'm drawn to him.But what would explain why he's drawn to me?

We've been talking for about 12 hours in about 2 days.Which is a lot for me,and he says it's a lot for him too.

Thanks for the interpretation Aubyanne

There is a very Saturn vibes about this synastry. His Saturn in her 7th H, Her Saturn in his 5th H. Both brings seriousness into the relationship. OP's moon is unaspected.

Is there any potential of the two of you being able to pursue a real relationship, if it went in that direction?

If there isn't, keep your distance and dump out now if you start falling for him.

Experience, sweetie. Hard, hard experience.

Friends are wonderful to have and can be maintained at a distance. Love needs active physical presence. Fantasies are instead built and maintained online or in the absence of a tangible connexion. We can fall for those creations, in time completely ignoring their unreality. We create alternate versions of ourselves -- the best versions, typically -- when we have the freedom to. It's not even conscious; more a mere facet of human ego.

It can be the worst waste of time and cultivate addiction. In many cases, it can draw and distract us from the right relationships we should be developing. It's like siren-song. Over time, and through age, maturity, and learning some VERY hard lessons, I've come to accept that 'online relationships' are inherently dangerous in terms of the opportunity cost that's expended in the process of maintaining them. And they rarely ever properly translate into reality. Not without time, dedication, and total honesty.

Had someone come to me 20 July 2006 and said, 'only write together and don't ever let it go further,' I'd have done all I could to resist that pull. We weren't meant for more than what we have here, and it's the project that caused us to meet at all. It took me almost a decade, and the worst heartbreak, to realise that.

I think online relationships have a darker spiritual cost, and are the playground of negative energies. Online friendships are something else altogether. But love is not love unless it is free to develop in total honesty and physical reality. The online world rarely contains that.

So, I'm trying to impart a bit of wisdom. Simple as that.

Also, his MOON is in your 8H.

This can't work at a distance.

The intensity of emotion becomes too great. Even if your feelings are genuine, the inability to properly express the depth of those feelings can drive you both crazy and ultimately apart.

*nods*That is good advice.I have thought about some of them as well at one point or another and frankly, aside from my now ex-bf i've never really considered online dating.

And with this guy,we're just friends.Unless,do you see potential for more and is that why you're giving me advice on it?Which i really appreciate. Thanks

But i'm also curious if you don't mind.Do we have any form of soul connections?we get along pretty well all in all for people who just met.

My moon is in his 4th house(if i'm not mistaken) which means i would view this thing more seriously than he would,is that right?

Looks like you may have some venus/chiron going on, I prefer the aspect grid. If you do well it would be best to keep this a friendship.
Plus Moon trine a valentine/Pluto conjunction with a venus and mars opposition.

Oh, gracious, no! The MOON is not fond of its descent into Hades, as it has to change -- deeply -- often a full-fledged transformation of its emotional profile -- in order to successfully plumb the depths of the 8H.

A 4H lunar placement is a natural fit, on the other hand. It's lunar / lunar rather than lunar / Plutonian. It's going to be directing all of its emotional energy into matters of security, familiarity, and investing in an emotional relationship with strong intimacy. But unless other factors are involved, the energy is nurturing and even maternal rather than sexual.

I see now.Thank you for that interpretation. It makes sense Auby

Edit: i just realized that my moon falls into his 5th house not his 4th house(damn-this is what you get when you mentally do things, you make mistakes..Sorry.)My uranus falls into his 4th house instead. His Sun falls into my 4th house.

Do you see the potential for any soul connection between us to indicate why we connected so fast?

Thank you Auby

Hi Aurora (and Happy Birthday !),

I'm not Auby, but I think there might be something going on with the midpoints of your soulmate pairs making hard aspects to the other's MARS. Could you post the degrees for both your natal and draconic ISIS, OSIRIS, EROS, PSYCHE and MARS, please ? Thanks.

(PS : Auby might be a little busy. )

Thanks, Aurora ! So, we have :

your natal ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint at 8° AQU 08'
your natal EROS/PSYCHE midpoint at 23° PIS 13'

your draconic ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint at 22° PIS 34'
your draconic EROS/PSYCHE midpoint at 7° TAU 39'

his natal ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint at 20° LIB 54'
his natal EROS/PSYCHE midpoint at 6° SCO 51'

his draconic ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint at 29° CAP 16'
his draconic EROS/PSYCHE midpoint at 15° AQU 16'

There is a MARS resonance to the soulmate pairs, but more natally than synastrically... His MARS is already conjunct his ANTIVERTEX by 2°11', giving that planet more importance in his life in general, and a sense of fate and 'destiny' to it, too. Just opposite that, you find his draconic ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint sitting on his VERTEX at a 0°25' orb, while you already have that energy in your natal chart (and so in the draconic, too) with the ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint conjunct MARS by 0°13'. Not only that, but synastrically the EROS/PSYCHE midpoint also gets involved -- your draconic EROS/PSYCHE opposes his natal one by 0°48', and is linked to your natal conjunction of ISIS/OSIRIS midpoint and MARS by squares under two degrees orb.

So, you were talking about a soul connection ... The Draconic chart operates of a soul level, and if you ask me, it looks like the MARS energy combined with the blending of two complementary soulmates (mainly ISIS and OSIRIS) is what's binding you both. They are patterns and 'values' that are held in your souls and that you unconsciouly found familiar when meeting each other.

I'm intrigued by the MERCURY conjunct PSYCHE in your chart... I'm wondering whether any of this has to do with Cupid and Eros' tale. (You can read more about it in this thread.) In the meantime, can you post the degrees of both your natal and draconic AMBROSIA (193), KAALI (4227) and ASC ? Thanks.
