I've just looked at few synastries that had cases of unrequited love or more kind of falling out of love and every single one (there were only a few) had this aspect... what do you think? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated- Im not sure if I'm onto anything or not but yeah I'd love to hear your thoughts, thanks! IP: Logged |

Terribly ironic you say that, as I have the 1º30 opposition with a man who's loved me unconditionally since the beginning. That was 5 years ago. I dare say he taught me it was possible.APHRODITE is merely attraction. It CAN be a baseless attraction, simply founded upon appearances, or physical beauty, but it need not be. Perhaps with tight, hard aspects to URANUS, it can create the 'love at first sight' phenomenon, which he claims to be true (and unique) in our case. His APHRODITE to my URANUS. IP: Logged |

Oh I see okay thanks! So I probably just interpreted it wrong then. I know uranus causes like an instability so maybe thats it... I thought it was a weird pattern, especially amongst young couples actually...IP: Logged |

Consider the youth versus age thing here. It could be the attraction IS so potent and overwhelming that a less emotionally mature individual might bolt and refuse to play at all. When patterns emerge, there's a reason for them. Thing is, we just may be misinterpreting that pattern. Is URA frequently configured in their love or romantic profile? 7R? 5R? Is there a co-occurring aspect with the URA-APH that might be confounding the data? IP: Logged |

Yeah I see what you mean. I did have a further look at what you suggested and there is in every single one an occurrance of Uranus in or on an angular house, most frequently the 7th, but there was one where it tightly conjunct the IC too. Also, there is always an Eros-Mars aspect. With those that didn't work out (i looked at the synastry of a couple who are still together just to compare and they have the URA-APH aspect too so defo think I was interpreting wrong) there was an eros opposite mars aspect....
