Seems so crushing

Not having that magic with your spouse and reading penny dreadfuls to fill the void.

I fear that this will be my future with Moon opposition Venus :/

And then there's Venus conjunct Sun and Mercury in complete disharmony with my freaking Saturn in the 7th (in Aqua).

How old are you and are you in a current relationship or what?

It does sounds like some difficult placement, but not at all impossible. You could find someone who is in the easy middleground, like making trines to your sun/venus/mercury and moon. Then they won't be as challenging.
