I would greatly appreciate it. Apparently, this aspect is what mars likes to protect (going off of KRS). Would this be the same in synastry? If your planet is 4 houses away from a partners mars, does this mean the mars will fight/protect/argue for what your planet represents in THEIR/YOUR chart?

ex

libra mars - planet in capricorn
scorp mars - planet in aqua
sag mars - planet in pisces
cap mars - planet in aries

and so on...

GQ, I've experienced this between my Leo nMars rising, and a potential Scorpio lover with Sun, Merc, Venus in my n4H. It was too hot for her to handle, boiled her water into caustic steam, and her love turned to hatred. Not an easy harmonic resonant connection. I much prefer trine and sextile to Mars.

hatred?! I'm sorry to read that. What did you do that irritated her?
I have a mars in areis 5th house which would throw a 4th (square) aspect on 8th house cancer. My actions annoy cancer but once they get used to me, they know I mean well. I stop thinking cancer is a cry baby and realize their feelings may actually be hurt (especially moon in cancer).
