In my opinion, since you are fiends ask her out to a casual diner "as friends" then WOW her over the course of the evening.
At the end of the night, kiss her on the cheek, say something like you had such a wonderful time, that you would really like to see/ get to know her even better.
if she's interested, she will acknowledge wanting to get to know you better also.

Let nature take it's natural course, if it's meant to be, it will happen.

I would say it's a fated meeting each other. Of course that doesn't mean things will work out, just a part of each other's destiny one way or another.

But I think it's important to mention that through research and just what makes sense to me as well, it's a mutual thing. It's not all about what the Venus person thinks but also the other person as well. After all, Astrologically, what a woman looks for in a man is based on the Mars sign. It's definitely an indicator, and a strong one at that, but it's important never to isolate a single Astrological component when the situation is comprised of the sum of all parts.

The other way around with Venus being male and Mars being female works much better long term. Both people are attracted and happy.

When it's the man's Mars/woman's Venus - you see couples going past the 6 month mark.. and things go so horribly downhill between them, all they talk about is how much they hate each other. The arguments are non-stop.

I've seen these aspects multiple times and I've had them a bunch of times myself, and my theory is yet to be proven wrong.
