I'm curious to know the significance of having your north node in someone's house in synastry. I couldn't find much info.
I have my NN in his 5th and he has his NN in my 5th. Does this mean we might have children together? ha!

It could be. Your NN passes through this 5th house. it could also be related to the way you meet, 5th/11th axis.

Do you mean like we have something to learn from having met one another or that we met in a playful environment? lol pulling at strings here what else might show in the chart as to why?

met in an 11th/5th environment ( I think the meeting tends to happen on the SN) and you experience 5th house goodies together

that actually makes sense because we met while he was working at a party - in a playful environment. my SN is parallel his sun in Aries.
