I've been getting to know this guy for quite awhile, we dated previously but his work is a real beast and made everything to hard.
He comes back about 8mnths later and wants to try again, this time he promises to communicate better. I tell him we can talk n hang out but nothing serious because his work is so difficult to deal with I'm not sure I want to try when we can't talk regularly.
We start hanging out when he's not working and I can tell he's really trying. He's started using the word love a a lot.
He used to call me babe, now he calls me love or something else sweeter than just "babe".
He tells me he loves everything about me. He slipped the other night and said, "good night sweety I love you."
Would a scorp Venus use that word? I'm not sure if he's just saying that word or does he actually feels he loves me?
Last night I asked him how he could have a serious relationship with someone with his work schedule?
He told me he's been thinking a lot about that and if that were to happen he would put the relationship over his work. Even though he has not been in a relationship in years except me, he said he now values a relationship enough he would potentially allow his partners to buy him out. I asked what would you do for work then? He said he didn't know.

Probably feeling it out; seeing how you react.

Sounds like you should have a straightforward conversation about it. Take the guesswork out of things.

Hmmmm....I'm not sure how I feel enough to make it so straight forward. Lol
If he had a different job, one where we could be around each other more often and talk more often, I would totally be falling in love, but I can't the way it is now.
