I have been looking over some synastry aspects. What about Karma AND Venus conj someone's NN? What would this mean? IP: Logged |

My Venus to their NN is 0.46, while my Karma is at 4.3 degrees. Is this significant at all? All of these are in Sagittarius. Edit: And these fall on the cusp of their 4th house. IP: Logged |

That's pretty wide, but taken with the near exact conjunction, it could be viable. I tend to widen with the NODES, as karma astrology dictates it.For me, it's his VENUS (5°) and KARMA (3°) conjunct my 12H NNODE. (His VENUS-KARMA is 9H.) It's very active for us. A large part of our fated relationship absolutely stems from our clearing our mutual karma and learning to love against all odds. It's a powerful aspect. Curiously, it's his karma he's bringing to me in order for me to grow. In the reverse, my KARMA is conjunct his SNODE; we've dealt with outstanding karma before -- my own. Can't help but notice the definite resonance and mirroring there. Almost like oscillation. What have your experiences been? IP: Logged |

Sounds like a lot of confusion. I can't say I didn't experience all of that. It might be helpful to suggest that NNODE relationships are only as successful as how willing both are to grow -- especially the NNODE. It's interesting that you were seeking to know what you would learn, when you're the one teaching them. The planet doesn't learn as much as they teach the NODE.. (Or, in the case of SNODE, remind and retrieve old experiences.)I would never try to condense my relationship into a single aspect, or even a few, but it's no doubt that the NNODE is learning from the points it conjoins in a synastry. I've always felt that my boyfriend is 'the teacher' in our relationship, (though that's an easy assumption from his being significantly older than I am) even as it seems that he's learnt many things from me as well. It's a definite give and take. He's undoubtedly taught me many things about love, art, and indirectly forced me to confront our outstanding karma. Do you have skipped steps? The fact that you're still 'buzzing' around each other leads me to believe that you have unresolved karma. Hey, it's not easy to hang on. He broke my heart, sending me into a very, very deep depression from November 2010 to April 2011. I think there are many reasons why he ended it, some of which have been discussed, but most of it being an unspoken fear. We both had to work to overcome our fears and some MAJOR obstacles. But it's what we're here to do; learn to love against all odds. And, given what we've been through 'elsewhere', we'd be fools to pass this up. IP: Logged |
