I've read that Composite is an energy field created by 2 people being a third entity right?

But if its an energy field, then how can it just "deactivated" once we broke up? I mean the feelings and the energy we already created are still lingering and hanging around right? How to just stop and everything just stopped and gone?

From what I can see (if she's on the outside) Saturn is retrograding over her Midheaven and Pluto is retrograding over yours.

The big thing that strikes me, though, is that Chiron seems to be passing over your natal sun (ouch) and Mercury and Mars are both kicking about near your nChiron.

I'm still at the stage of putting pieces together like a jigsaw puzzle with all of this (as in, I don't know much!), but I think that that would probably partly explain all of the pain that you're feeling at the moment.

From my experience, I find that Chiron hurts like nothing else but when you get through it you find that you've sorted out a lot of the issues within yourself that were holding you back. You have to face the pain and work through it, though.

Right now, I'd say that you have to be your own priority and look after yourself and your own feelings before you do anything else. Be really kind to yourself, do nice things and perhaps see if you can use this experience to identify any insecurities and pain that exist within you.
