I've had 4 miscarriages. I know the 5th house represents children. I have a stellium in the 5th in Capricorn, saturn, Uranus, Neptune, vesta and vertex.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been through four miscarriages, I can't imagine how painful that must be.I can't tell you whether you'll have a child or not (I'm not sure that anyone can), but Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are pretty slow moving, so an awful lot of people will have that particular stellium in one area or another of their chart. The horrible Capricorn Pluto/Aries Uranus square transit is just about over now (apparently the energy will lift a bit as of about October), so by all accounts things should get easier for everyone in the Cap/Aries parts of their charts.
