Thank you Ami Anne.What makes it to be a short lived thing? Are you saying there is nothing binding in our charts at all? Hard to believe because the way we met and the events that led to our meeting makes me believe that it was fated. Not to mention the connection felt very karmic. try looking up the venus conjunct uranus aspect. it is often referred to as the "love at first sight" aspect because it makes you feel like you've met "the one" the minute you meet. it's that feeling every single person longs to have. you have it in synastry both ways (at a wide orb though), but you'll find that the feeling that it gives you doesn't last. it can make it a few years (usually much less), but it's definitely not a forever aspect. remember that uranus is the planet of freedom and newness and when someone is already uranus-ruled (like whomever has that aqua moon), the feeling will be especially strong for them. the aqua moon person will like this match because uranus, their moon ruler, is impacted by the venus-uranus aspects. you guys do have some nice overlays - provided the TOB's are accurate. dating and attraction are in the chart - the venus/uranus brings that on, as does the cap moon sharing the same sign as the ASC - you guys might feel like you're similar in many ways. the venus in the same sign is good too. but this - overall - strikes me as something that will start off good and fizzle - the house placements overlaying the 8th, the venus/uranus double - they support something very short-lived and maybe sexual but not emotional. someone also has venus as the chart ruler, so it's too much emphasis on the venus-uranus aspect that'll be the downfall of this match. imo. it'll be good while it lasts though :-)IP: Logged |

Thank you Starmoon for your input. It makes perfect sense now that you've explained the Venus Uranus impact and it felt exactly like what you described.I am curious to hear if you think that our Pluto conj is also an important aspect, as well as my Pluto conj his NN. Is that anything that is/can be positive? Also, since he is a Scorp, but has an Aqua moon and Leo Mars, which are all Fixed sings, would it make him be somewhat passive or distant/aloof in moving this relationship forward? It's been several days now and although he said he would make plans for us to get together, nothing has happened... IP: Logged |

pluto is a generational planet and stays in the same sign a long time. so, everyone in your age group is going to have their pluto in libra too. his happens to hit exactly on your NN, but most everyone you meet (close to your age) will have their pluto in/around your NN. when the aspect is shared with so many different people it becomes less meaningful. if he's slow it might be because he's a typical guy :-), or it could be because he's got Moon opp. Mars. think of Moon = emotions and Mars = action, so his emotions will, at times, inhibit action, or compel them. aqua men, by nature, go fairly slow because they want a strong foundation of friendship. i dated a guy with all fixed signs once and it came through more in his lifestyle (very "fixed" in his personal habits, and extremely stubborn and hard to reason with). the synasty is good though and i wouldn't worry - it points to reciprocal interest imo IP: Logged |

Thank you, Starmoon! We actually had a date this weekend and it went well, so I guess you were right that he might've been just acting like a typical guy and taking his sweet time to ask me out  The reason why I was asking about the his fixed placements is because I've never dated anyone who had all 3 for Sun, Moon and Mars and was wondering if there is anything that people could tell me I should look out for. Like you mentioned stubbornness which I think that is a trait of Scorps. Just trying to figure out how to be with this guy as I really like him. If it were up to me, I would want to let him know that I am into him (through words, actions, etc).....that's my typical Venus in Scorpio tendency  But I don't know if such openness and intensity of feelings would scare someone like him off, considering that he is a Scorp and has an Acqua Moon...Anything that I should be aware of? How do men with these placements act? Cautious? Aloof? Careful? What do they like? Chase? Straight forwardness? Taking the lead?

if someone told you that his placements would like a woman who showed up at his house with a coat on and naked underneath, would you go do that? people might tell you what they think he'd like, but it has to also come naturally from you. you went out, right? your synastry is good, so if you do what feels natural for you (expressing interest, being forward) you'll be fine. when men like someone it is generally because the woman conforms to their venus, asc, or moon ideal. so, perhaps start with that. you both share a venus in scorpio, so he'd probably enjoy a more aggressive woman, or someone who can flirt well and overtly. he also has the leo mars, which likes to be complimented a lot. and the aqua moon and cap ASC - he'll be slow and maybe a bit shy initially. read up on each individual placement to help you form a picture of him. i think your questions might be hard for people to answer because he - like everyone - is an individual. you really can't know how someone will be just based on their signs. if you feel like being forward, just do it :-)IP: Logged |

Starmoon, I love your responses. Always, so thoughtful and with lots of insight. Thank you! Yes, I understand that it's hard to give advice as each person is an individual. But as we know, certain astrological traits do carry over for each sign, so I am always curious to study person's placements and try to take them into account. I do have a very strong and positive feeling about this man. I am certain that it's because of a past life connection that we've shared. And more importantly, I feel like the reason why we had to meet was to continue with our karmic lessons to each other, which will make us grow emotionally and spiritually, in a positive way. I don't know why, I just have this "knowing" feeling...So I am giving in to faith that this one will last Thank you, all again!
