It's obvious from both charts you work together. Both charts are amazing, in terms of cohesive composite, synastric pattern completion. As far as romance goes, it looks like something potentially intense, the coming together as a couple and the duration depend on how the Moon/Pluto opp play out (I'm not a fan of Moon/Moon in this case) and the other two Neptune opp. Somehow, there's something in the synastry saying this remains a work connection. I could be wrong though.

did you guess their birth time or did you ask and get it confirmed?

also keep in mind that not everyone is ok with a workplace romance and if this person has a career going or senses you want more (and maybe they don't), the backing away and not talking with you could be to protect their job situation or reputation at work. you have to be very sensitive to the fact that when you pursue a work romance or crush it can get ugly fast, because a reputation is at stake and people will talk about you and what is going on.

Birth times are exact they actually showed me their birth certificate. They hate their job we don't exactly work in corporate America. I am not to concerned with the romance side I am more curious if this looks like a good friendship or if it might end badly.

The most part of the synastry suggests there is good potential for long-term friendship. But I notice both Mercuries are unaspected, that is, I think, a problem. How do you feel this, do you communicate well?

I think when we talk we communicate alright. We don't communicate as well as I do with others. But when we do we both give each other the respect of listening and we both understand each other well. However, as of right now they don't communicate with me at all.
