In a composite chart, what does a planet on a house cusp mean? For example on astro.com, it shows the composite moon in house '4 + 10' (the side away from the IC/MC) because it's on the cusp of the 4th. But how does this play out? Would it also bring 5th/11th house energy in this case? Thanks IP: Logged |

The planet is on the cusp of the 5H, so between the 4H and 5H, correct ?Whether in natal, synastry or composite, I usually think of planets on cusps as sort of 'triggers' to the said house. I think the planet opens the door to the house and introduces us to its energies. 5H is fun, children, creativity -- anything relate ? IP: Logged |

Thanks for your reply! Yes the moon is at the end of the 4th house, 24 minutes away from being in the 5th. And the 5th house does relate, but I was thinking it may be because he has Sun and Mercury in my 5th house. And it's a little tricky to tell whether i'm feeling a 5th house vibe or an 11th house vibe - but I think I really do feel the 11th house play out because that energy is totally new to me. I'm interested to see what other people think of this, I guess it's definitely accepted on astro.com - but i've never seen it or head about it from any other astrologers. IP: Logged | |
