What does it mean for my partner's north node to be unaspected in our synastry chart?My NN is part of a grand kite in Earth, but his is unaspected. Does this mean he has more freedom in his development during our relationship while I have positive karmic ties? His unaspected NN is in my 12th house, while mine is in his 1st house. IP: Logged |

Heh. Ami does that. Try not to take it personally. NNODE conjunct JUPITER. That's a good one. Do you feel your relationship is philosophically oriented? Perhaps you met in connexion to higher education? IP: Logged |

It's cool haha, I was only in a state of eternal relationship dread for 2 days. Which isn't bad. But yeah, its interesting. We talk about religion & philosophy very much. I also discovered my Nessus is conjunct his NN as well, and his Nessus is conjunct my NN/Pluto. It's weird. It creates two points in our synastry chart where NN, Nessus, and an outer planet is involved. And tbh, both of us went through a lot of bullying while in school. Maybe that's my Jupiter conjunct Nessus talking. We have also both been at the mercy of others in our personal lives (mainly relatives) and that could relate to Pluto. IP: Logged |

I am really, really busy. Just saw this. The NN is PURPOSE. Understanding the purpose of another person is very important imo. Unaspected things make it very hard to understand that which is Unaspected.------------------

Haha its okay I'm not actually mad. But it turns out astro doesn't use a very wide orb on synastry charts & that is where my confusion stemmed from. Idk why it wouldn't show a conjunction of 4 degrees in a synastry chart. Some people use up to 10 degrees for conjunctions in synastry. IP: Logged |

You can change the orbfact before generating your synastry. There are slight glitches sometimes on astro.com which will cause some aspects to disappear in the charts (minor ones especially), but they usually appear in the Additional tables (PDF) file, and vice versa.  IP: Logged |

3 years lol. And I don't think the NN is THAT important in synastry. That's ridiculous. We all have all 12 signs and houses in our chart somewhere so to say we won't understand the karmic benefits that person can reap of pursuing that sign's/house's purposes is not accurate in my opinion. Rather, an unaspected NN in synastry means that you are not PART of their karmic journey and that is not always a bad thing. You don't need to be part of every aspect in someone's life to love and be with them for the rest of your life and vice versa. There is a thing called personal space!IP: Logged |
