I noticed my composite with this guy is significantly different when I used reference place. Can you tell me the difference in them and which is the most accurate?

I prefer using the midpoint method with 50% orbs and then comparing it to each of the involved person's natal chart. It will always give you the accurate answers.

That's the default one on astro.com, right? What's wrong with the ref place one if you don't mind me asking?

The composite most people use is the midpoint method one.

And now for something a little different.
a pseudo-davison.
Convert each chart to julian date, add together then divide by 2, convert new julian date to calendar date then create new chart.
Then you have a chart you can progress, or create returns with , or relocate anywhere you want.
Can also place the midpoints chart against.

I have deduced that composite to natal aspects tell you how the relationship will work for the individuals no matter how short it is. For example, if composite Jupiter conjuncts natal venus of one person then this relationship will be growth oriented for him. You can say it will be a "lucky" relationship for him. Whereas if the composite moon conjuncts the sun of the other person then it will be a satisfying and soulful relationship for the other person. Composite to natal aspects also tell you how much who will give to the relationship and in what aspect.
