Can someone explain how this would play out in terms of sexual attraction and how it would affect the relationship? I'm the pluto and venus square her sun and venus conjuct her pluto. I feel very obessive and possessive of her.

Sun square pluto and venus conjunction pluto in relationships are not recommended unless you or your partner have these in their natal charts. It creates passion yes, but in the long run this means power struggle, jealousy and obsession. Those things can be very hard to handle, unless you are a strong pluto/scorpio person yourself, or that you somehow function with this kind of drama in your life. Nevertheless it is a good (or though) experience that most people learn throughout their lives. Pluto relationships is something that most of us will have at least once in our lives, cause how can you avoid being attracted to this at least once? Pluto is also a very transformative/destructive planet, and so you will experience getting out on the other side, that you have learned something important.

Sun square venus is a nice aspect in synastry, there can be a little "cat after the mouse" kind of thing going on, but in general it means you care about each other. See if you or your partner got this in your natal chart.
