Not good or bad. There's a potential for hotness and transformation. The signs are important to see how it will express. I wouldn't like eight house activity in fiery signs
It takes maturity to deal with the 8th with minimal damage :-D

I have a friend who's Venus, sun, and Mercury fall in my 8th, with his Mercury directly conjunction with my Sun, Moon, and Mercury. (lots of 8th house going on here!) This supposedly means I'm attracted to them. But I'm not at all. He has a crush on me though.
