I have this aspect in my natal chart but I've never experienced it in a composite chart.
My thought would be potentially the emotions of the relationship bring up childhood issues/memories or a childlike innocence that needs to expressed and revisited for the sake of healing or opening up further.
I would think one or both would be apt to open up to expressing a vulnerability, trust, unconditional love that is brought about by the feelings shared.
On the shadow side one could exploit the others naivety or willingness to trust without question potentially bringing up unresolved childhood pain...it would depend on the aspects to moon/child.
