I am still in touch with friends from school, and one of my best friends is a Cancer with a Capricorn Moon, but you would never think it to meet her. I'll post the chart later, but I can see why she liked me, and we hit it off right away, even though I'm an Aries, to her Cancer/Cap. IP: Logged |

Been interested in this myself lately.
I know that my closest and longest friendships are with fire/air ppl. But in romance I seem to find water/earth partners.
My longest friendship to date is 34 yrs.
My stellium falls into her 12th house and hers into my 12th hosuse. She is an Aries with Sag rising and Leo Moon.IP: Logged |

Hi Gypsee.  I had another look at her chart, because she and her sister were talking about a show that had aired in England, called Escape from Isis. Her sister asked her if she had been blubbering, too, and she said, "I'm not the blubbering type, but.." and something about a lump in her throat. She has Mercury in Gemini, Mars/Jupiter in Aries (conjunct my Mercury, Ceres, Chiron, and Sun), Venus in Leo (trine those same planets), Sun in Cancer, trine my Uranus/ascendant and Mars. her Mercury sextiles mine. As we all know, I *am* the blubbering type. I would hold it in at certain times, when I was a kid, but if I was shocked, it would come right out. I also sobbed at the end of E.T. I was seven years old, and heartbroken by his having to leave Elliott. IP: Logged |

I attract a lot of air and earth signs as friends.My childhood best friends were an Aquarius and a Gemini. When I got to High School, I became close friends with a Libra, Aquarius, and Aries. I also had 1 Virgo close friend and 1 Taurus close friend in my past. In Relationships, I attract either Scorpios or Tauruses but lately, I've been attracting all types. Seeing that I'm water and earth dominant with a pinch of air (Moon in Libra), I don't see how I attract these types unless my moon is the culprit. I'm noticing as I get older, I draw different types of people to me. In the past, the focus was on my moon I guess with all those air signs. In High School-College, earth types. Now? I attract a lot of Sagittarius' and Earth Types. It's weird. & Saturn is currently transiting my 7th. IP: Logged |

Moons trine
Mercury conjunct
Mars conjunct
Jupiter conjunct
Uranus conjunct
Neptune conjunct

My friendship compatibilities are fairly predictable: Virgos, Cancers, Pisces, and other Taurus suns.I would say that I'm most often friends with earth and water signs, EXCEPT I don't get on with Scorpios or Capricorns of either gender. There has only ever been one exception to this rule, but we're not super close. I find the ASC is also more important in friendship. Also, I have always found that Mercury sign compatibility is huge in synastry, regardless of the type of relationship (platonic, romantic, familial). Most of my friends have their Mercury in a fire sign like mine or in air. With water Mercuries I have to actively edit myself haha ------------------
