So the more I continue to study astrology, the more I look for astrological reasons why certain events happen and certain people enter our lives.

What sparked this was I decided to have a look at Whitney Houston's and Bobbi Kristina's synastry and WOW. You can see exactly why these two were brought together to be mother and daughter. Two things that stood out was both of their Chirons conjuncting each other suns which means they both caused each other pain. The second and the reason for my post is they had a very close conjunction of Whitney's NN conjuncting Bobbi Kristina's moon.

According to the research I've done on this aspect it's VERY binding. If you're not careful there can be a danger of co-dependency here and if the two feel like they have to always be together, then they stifle each other's growth. This explains why Whitney and Bobbi were so close..and did drugs together.

In my own experience I can attest to this being a binding aspect as well. So far that I know I have this with two men in my life who I'm very close too. My best friend of over 12 yrs his NN. conjunct my moon, while the other man (lover) has his moon conjunct his NN. And yes, you almost feel like you can't live with out them and at sometimes feel like you want to spend every waking moment with them. Even now when my lover has to go back home after our visits (he's kind of long distance) I hate when he has to leave. I often find myself a bit sad for a few days but then I'm better.

Besides the pain of losing a parent in general being difficult, I really do believe this aspect may have been an contributing factor as to why BK just could not go on without her mother. The pain of separation was just far too great for her.

Can anybody else attest to the bind this aspect creates, doesn't matter the relationship, I'd just like to hear about it.

Not seeing that.

My son's moon is exactly conjunct my husband's/his father's NN and conjunct mine by 4 degrees.

He's only seven, so maybe this will evolve into something more enmeshed and problematic, but I really cannot envision it.

My son's moon is part of a kite formation (sun-moon-Jupiter-Uranus) and he's very independent and stubborn. He just sat next to me and here I am gossiping.

Hmm, maybe it depends on what sign it's in? BK and Whitney's is in Cancer, so is the conjunction I have with my lover. As for my best friend it's in Virgo. The urge to always want to be together is not like it is for my lover, but I do see myself going out of my way to take care of him if he needed me. Actually we've always been there for each other.

Aw! Well I can see Cancer bonding that way. I think Kate Middleton's moon might be conjunct William's NN in Cancer. Her birth time is unknown though.

In my family's case, it's Scorpio. Scorpio just seems more reserved than Cancer. And I think other factors might have to be present before it becomes too clingy...I mean, negative circumstances.

I've never dated a Scorpio moon, nor a Pisces NN person (conjunct my moon) so I don't have much to go on.

Good luck getting answers though.

I'm not sure about the co-dependancy part, as my relationship is not quite 8 mos old.
But my man's NN in Libra is conj my Moon.
I knew from the second or third message we sent to one another, that this was gonna be a big deal. He says he did too.
He lives 500 miles away. But he was here visiting me two weekends ago. When he left I literally could not swallow the lump in my throat. I cried for days.
I can see why people on all the boards say this is a binding aspect. I certainly feel that.

If my Sun conjunct my Mom's SN, does that mean we knew each other in a past life?

Honestly I'm not sure, I do know that when the south node conjuncts a planet it means that you guys had past dealings in the flavor of that planet (did that make ANY sense? lol)

Like for instance I have my Mars conjunct a guys SN and we had a very sexual relationship, funnily enough his NN conjuncts my Venus so I think we're supposed to be moving away from only connecting on a sexual level. At least that's my take on it.

I had this aspect with my ex of three years. Definitely a relationship that encouraged emotional development and support, it wasn't forever binding though. I outgrew him emotionally in the end.

Maybe. Not entirely sure though because I know that in my case, I have a double moon/Mars/Saturn conj my soul mates SN and we've known one another throughout many lifetimes.

I would say either node on someone's moon is equally binding. It's like you know without a doubt they will always be in your life.

I love the nodes!
I wonder who feels more, the moon or the NN?I heard NN acts like a catalyst bringing the nurturing side of the moon person.Dont know if thats true though.

I'm just starting to get to know someone who's my Virgo moon is conjunct his NN/Sun.
My Juno is also on his NN/Sun, his Saturn trines my Juno exact.

I'm not sure how it will play out but I really do enjoy spending time with him.

His Venus is on my Pluto/AC
