I think that has to do with the 'beloved (?)' person's planets falling in your personal houses like the 8th, 5th, 4th, even 1st, 12th

And your planets fall in his/her outer/shallow houses like the 9th 10th 11th 3rd etc.

And as mentioned, Neptune aspects can make you idealize a person to a point where you are suffocating in your own imagination when the other person doesn't get it but just goes along with it.
