This is a synastry with a woman I've been talking to for the past 14 months or so. I have not met her yet, but we talk on the internet and on the phone. We are going to meet in the next few weeks if all goes to plan.

I've looked at our synastry and have a few ideas of what I see. Could anyone who has a chance take a look and let me know the good and the bad that you see?

Leo and Cap is a classic match, you get some points right away for that...

Moons in opposing signs is good, I think, even if they aren't technically within orb. Her Venus opposing your sun is better than nothing but may introduce a bit of tension.

If the birth times are correct, the ASC-IC conjunction is significant even if the orb is a bit wide. Especially since your Chiron and NN are on the IC. The way she presents herself may soothe you. And then furthermore, your Mercury is conjunct her NN in Virgo! No wonder you've been talking for so long! You both have Mercury-ruled north nodes, with synastry conjunctions. And it looks like she has Mercury conjunct the DSC. Talk is not cheap

Sun conjunct Part of Fortune is an aspect often found in married couples, as if she will bring you luck and fortune.

I love her sun conjunct your Neptune-Jupiter. She must find you really inspiring and uplifting!

Mars conjunct Uranus in Scorpio is sexually...er, unmentionably good.

Your Pluto squaring her Venus-Vertex is significant though I'm not sure if that's positive or negative, it must depend on how you play the cards. Your Mars is square her moon so you'll have to be careful with that...some unavoidable tension. If you're prepared for it, maybe you can offset it.

Your Venus trine her Neptune, and the other good things mentioned above, will help smooth things over.

Anyway, I don't believe either of us will ever re-marry. I'm in the final stages of my divorce and she has said that she probably wouldn't marry again. I think I want someone that is compatible, someone that I'm committed to, minus the marriage part.

I note that my Descendant is in Virgo and she has many planets in Virgo. All the women I've ever dated have been very forward and in your face. My sister made the comment that maybe someone a little more sedate might be good for me.

Not sure if she will be able to resist re-marrying eventually, with her 7H sun, Mercury, and Neptune, but your Uranus on her DSC may prevent her from seeing you as a potential husband. Also your Juno asteroids aren't very active in the synastry. A composite chart would have more to say about relationship longevity potential.

I would imagine that this woman is rather sedate. The Sag-Cap cusp where her sun is...these are often reserved, mysterious people who keep a lot to themselves. Sometimes they can be pessimistic...but they also lean towards psychic.

It's hard to pin down Uranus when the person isn't Uranian, doesn't have Venus-Uranus in aspect (maybe they are parallel or contraparallel? but I can't tell.)

She is currently a manager of a retail clothing outlet. I am led to believe she is a valued employee. I too am in retail and I think she would be well suited to my work (not many are).
